35W300 Non-Oriented Electrical Steel

35W300 is supplied at 0.35 mm for machines that run at higher frequency, where eddy current loss grows with frequency and with gauge. The thinner lamination keeps that component of loss in check.
Because the strip is thinner, stacking factor and coating adhesion matter more; the material is supplied with a coating tested for punching and stacking, in slit widths matched to the customer's line.
