23R075 Grain-Oriented Electrical Steel

A thin, high-permeability grain-oriented grade for transformer cores with demanding no-load loss targets.

23R075 Grain-Oriented Electrical Steel

23R075 combines a 0.23 mm gauge with high permeability, which lowers both eddy current loss and excitation current in transformer cores. It is chosen where no-load loss and core size are tightly constrained.

Material is supplied slit to the core width required by the winding line, with edge quality controlled to protect the insulation coating. Mill test certificates covering core loss, induction and coating class are issued with each delivery.
